Step 1: Registration​

Please complete the online registration using the link below.  Please return back to this page after completion of online registration including payment (via credit card only) in ITA (www.catamilacademy.org). Please consider registering your child at MTS only if you have a serious interest in enrolling your kid(s) as there is a $10 administration service fee per kid will be deducted from refund if you plan to discontinue/withdraw your kid even before the 1st day of school. Please refer to ITA refund policy for more details.


Step 2: Tuition Fee Payment 

NOTE: Now the tuition fee payment is fully integrated with ITA and it should be completed as part of online registration in ITA (Step 1). We do accept only online payments through Credit Card only. No other payment methods are supported.

  • In ‘Payment Details’ page, you would see Payment mode is ‘Credit Card’ only in the instructions. Please do not use Bank ACH as it’s not a supported payment method. There is no service charge for using credit card payment.
  • The Fee for this year is $200.
  • If your child is assigned to Accelerated Grade 1 (Combination of Kindergarten and 1st Grade), you will be asked to pay additional $30 for Grade 1 books later. Admin team will reach out to those parents via email when it is due.

After online registration, please have the student ID(s) ready in hand to complete the Student Waiver Form in Step 3.

You would be receiving a confirmation email (to the primary email address given in your ITA profile) from ITA after your online registration and payment. That email will serve as a receipt/acknowledgement for your registration and payment.

You need to show that email confirmation as a proof of record to get the books on books distribution day.

Step 3:  Student Waiver Form

Please complete the Student Waiver form using the link below. This is very important as your child will not be admitted to the classroom if you haven’t signed the waiver form.

Books Distribution:

To receive books, you MUST COMPLETE online registration, Student Waiver form, and Tuition Fee paid in full.

(No one will be admitted to take the assessment after 4:00PM)

If you can’t attend the placement test on July 25th for some valid reasons, you have an option to attend the test on August 1st (alternate test day). No placement test will be given for the returning students once we begin the classes on August 7th 2026.

What are the MTS Placement Test Guidelines?
Please read the following carefully.

  • Students MUST be Registered before signing up for Placement Test. 
  • ​Only those who submitted the Placement Test Form will be evaluated. Please go to Parent Access-> Child Information page to see if your child is eligible for placement evaluation test.​​
  • Picture
  • Placement Test is required for the new students aged 6 years and above to be placed in the appropriate grade
  • Placement Test is not required for students 5 years of age and below.
  • Returning students up to Grade 5 can take a placement test to skip grade(s) only once for the School year.
  • Skipping grades are not allowed for Grade 6 and above
  • Please refer to the age requirement for each grade before you mention the grade for assessment.
