• Go to the International Tamil Academy (ITA) website (www.catamilacademy.org)
• Click “Register” button at the bottom
• Then click the “Student Registration” as shown here

• • Most likely, this is your first time registering a student.  If so, click No to the question “Did any of your children attend ITA in the previous year(s)”.  If any of your children attended ITA based school previously, then answer Yes – you will be taken to the login page.
  • If you already registered for user login on CTA, click Yes – you will be prompted to login first and add student
  • If you have not already registered, click No – you will proceed to enter the student first and then create login

• Fill all fields hi-lighted in yellow.  Fields with * next to them are required.
• Always select “School Site” as “GATS – Marietta Tamil School”
• Red highlight – Grade Level of your child will be provided by the school administrator after taking the skills test. So, await until your grade is provided to you. 
• As a typical note, use drop down selection when provided.  You will not be able to enter your own value.
• Date selector will be available for all dates
• Date format MM / DD / YYYY
• Click Submit when you have completed all fields; if any errors occur, you will be prompted to correct it and you can click submit again.

• In ‘Volunteer Help’ page, fill in appropriately and hit ‘Submit’
• Read the “Rules and Regulations”.  If you agree to it, enter your name at the bottom, click the “I agree” button.
• You will be prompted with “Waiver agreement”.  Read the agreement, and if you agree, type your name (same as previous step), click the “I agree” button
• In ‘Payment Details’ page, Payment mode is ‘Credit Card’ only as below and hit ‘Submit’. Please do not use Bank ACH as it’s not a supported payment method. There is no service charge for credit card payment.
• The Fee for this year is $200.
• Sibling discount (2 or more) – $10 /child in Tuition fee
• If your child is assigned to Accelerated Grade 1 (Combination of Kindergarten and 1st Grade), you will be asked to pay additional $30 for Grade 1 books later. Admin team will reach out to those parents via email when it is due.

• Once submitted, you will be presented with confirmation screen – registration is complete. Please make a note of Student ID(s)

• Congratulations, you have completed your registration process in ITA and please proceed to step 3 to complete the student waiver form. You will receive an e-mail about on-line registration
• Click “Yes” if you need to register another child.

• If you click on “Yes” then you will get the following, Click on “OK” to register additional child.
