Core Admin Responsibilities

• School Operations & Logistics: Managing weekend facility coordination, classroom setup, student safety protocols, and weekly schedules.
• Academic Coordination: Supporting teacher schedules, grade level alignments, learning resources, and classroom needs.
• Event & Cultural Coordination: Planning and executing major school events, including Pongal celebrations and Thirukkural recitations.
• Communications & Technology: Managing student enrollment, website updates, parent communications, and digital tools.
• Finance & Administration: Handling registration fees, budget planning, non-profit documentation, and facility rentals.

Teachers Team

Our Teachers Team is the heart and soul of Marietta Tamil School. Our passionate volunteer educators bring patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to the classroom every Friday, inspiring students to read, write, speak, and appreciate the Tamil language.

What Drives Our Teachers

• Interactive Teaching: Using engaging methods—phonics, interactive games, vocabulary activities, and storytelling—to make language learning fun.
• Cultural Immersion: Incorporating Tamil culture, literature, moral values, and public speaking into regular classroom routines.

Operations Team

Behind every well-run school day is a team that makes it all possible

Operations Team’s Responsibilities:

• Managing parking and traffic flow to keep arrivals and pickups safe and organized.
• Overseeing classroom supplies so teachers have what they need, when they need it.
• Handling first aid and emergency response to keep students protected at all times.
• Ensuring fire safety and emergency preparedness measures are in place and followed.
• Upholding rules and discipline so the school stays a safe, respectful space for everyone.
• Coordinating the everyday details that let teaching and learning happen without disruption.
