My name is Nirmala Ayyalu, and here is my story in a nutshell.
Originally from Virudhunagar and raised in Madurai, my curiosity about the American education system after moving to the United States inspired me to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education, building upon my Master’s in Sociology. My love for working with young children steered me toward nearly twenty years of rewarding experience as a substitute teacher in Cobb County, alongside my gratifying journey with Marietta Tamil School (MTS) since 2013.Beyond my love for teaching, I also find great joy in exploring philosophy and the complexities of the human mind.
