My name is Jansirani Mani, and I am originally from Chennai. I have been living in Atlanta for the past 8 years. I’m a MCA graduate from Anna University, and I am currently working as an IT professional at Delta Airlines.

This is my 3rd year teaching at MTS, and it has been a very fulfilling experience. I strongly believe that learning one’s mother tongue is essential, especially for children growing up in the US, as it helps them stay connected with their roots and communicate with their families in Tamil Nadu. Tamil is very close to my heart, and I truly enjoy sharing my love for the language with my students.

During my school days, I actively participated in Tamil mandram activities and competitions, which strengthened my passion for the language. Outside of work and teaching, I enjoy reading—my favorite author is Jayakanthan. I also love cooking and interior decoration.
